You are the client's person at Azorro. The strategist owns the hypothesis and the operator owns the campaigns; you own whether the client can see it working, and whether the meetings we book turn into the pipeline they came for.
That means a weekly conversation with every account about what has moved and what has not, qualifying each meeting against the bar you agreed with them before it reaches a calendar, and staying with the opportunity after the first call rather than handing it over and hoping.
What you would do
- Run the weekly review with each client: pipeline, meetings, what changes next week
- Qualify every meeting against the client's criteria before it is booked
- Follow the opportunities we open - multi-threading, next steps, the second and third meeting
- Bring what the client is hearing back to the strategist and the operator
- Own the renewal conversation, because you will have earned it or not by then
What we are looking for
- You have carried a client relationship where the numbers were yours to explain
- You can run a meeting with a commercial director and leave it with actions
- You are organised enough that nothing is chased twice and nothing is missed
- You would rather tell a client bad news early than good news late
Think it is you?
