Only what is strictly necessary for the site to load and stay secure. Nothing that identifies you, nothing that remembers you between visits, and nothing that follows you elsewhere.

Under UK law, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. We also remember your answer to the cookie banner in your browser, so we don’t ask again.

Some event pages show a Google map of the area. Google sets its own cookies when that map loads, and may use them under its own privacy policy.

• No tracking analytics. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you or follow you between visits.
• No advertising or retargeting. You will not see ads for us because you visited.
• No third-party trackers. No pixels, no tags, no social embeds. The Google map above is the only third-party service that sets cookies.
• No profiling. We build no picture of you from your behaviour on this site.

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs - IP address, time, page requested, browser type - for security and reliability. These are not cookies, we do not use them to identify individual visitors, and they are deleted automatically after a short period.

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential ones may stop parts of the site working; blocking Google’s will only stop the event map from showing.

If we ever add anything that isn’t strictly necessary, this page will be updated before it goes live, and you will be asked before it is set.
